Chelsea and Manchester United are battling for Everton midfielder Ross Barkley. The Sun on Sunday says Barkley is on a £70 million shopping list drawn up at Chelsea.
But they will face competition for their Everton targets from Manchester United.
United have been monitoring the progress of Barkley, an England U21 international.
