Ross Barkley is set to stall new contract talks with Everton.

The Daily Star says all the top Premier League clubs are aware of the current situation with the England midfielder, 23.

Both Manchester clubs – United and City – plus London giants Tottenham, Chelsea and Arsenal are on alert for a potential deal as Barkley keeps his options open.

And there could also be interest in the Toffees star from big clubs around Europe.

At the end of this season Barkley, who has played 26 games so far this campaign under new boss Ronald Koeman, will have only one year left on his current £65k-a-week deal.
