Premier League interest is arriving for Borussia Dortmund striker Lucas Barrios.
Dortmund chiefs have announced they're inviting offers for the 27 year-old Paraguay international, with Sevilla and Espanyol showing strong interest.
However, BILD says Barrios' destination could be England, where Chelsea and Manchester City are also following developments.
