Chelsea and Manchester City are reviving their pursuit of Benfica defender David Luiz.
A Bola says while Chelsea are moving for Luiz as they sell Ricardo Carvalho to Real Madrid, City also remain keen.
City had a £25 million offer for Luiz rejected earlier this summer.
After a couple of weeks of little progress, Benfica intermediaries say Premiership interest has intensified again in recent days.
