Chelsea and Manchester City are chasing Napoli attacker Jose Callejon.
The Daily Express says the player cost Napoli just £7.5m at the start of last season after being deemed surplus to requirements by Carlo Ancelotti at Real.
But Callejon impressed in Italy, scoring 20 goals and providing six assists in all competitions last season, and that has attracted attention from across Europe.
And that has seen Chelsea and City both keen to land the 27-year-old this summer.
Reports suggest, however, that Callejon's value has more than trebled in just one season and that Napoli would now demand almost £25m for the Spanish star.
