Premier League giants Chelsea are preparing a big money move to sign Atletico Madrid star Koke in the summer.

Koke is undoubtedly one of the best young players plying his trade in the Spanish La Liga this season and his exploits for Atletico Madrid has meant that a host of top clubs are closely monitoring the 23-year old.

Premier League giants Chelsea are believed to be one of the many admirers of Koke and according to the Metro, the Blues are already plotting a move to sign the Spanish international by making an offer of around £22.1million during the summer.
