Chelsea have reportedly contacted Paris Saint-Germain to enquire about a possible deal for Blaise Matuidi.
French publication Le10 Sport is reporting the Blues have asked the Ligue 1 outfit if they will consider selling the midfielder during the summer transfer window.
It is understood Antonio Conte is a big fan of the 28-year-old French international and will look to make Matuidi one of his first signings at Stamford Bridge should he be appointed as Chelsea boss as expected.
However, it is believed PSG are not eager to part ways with their prized asset and will ask for a significant transfer fee in order to do so.
