Chelsea have joined the battle for Inter Milan fullback Douglas Maicon.

Maicon's agent, Roberto Calenda, has declared he expects the Brazilian to "seek a new adventure" this summer, which has led to interest from PSG and Real Madrid.

Mediaset says Chelsea have also thrown their hat into the ring.

The European champions are seeking to solve their right back problem, with Jose Bosingwa being allowed to come off contract this month.
