Dutch side Vitesse Arnhem have signed Chelsea's teenage midfielder Cristian Cuevas on a one-year loan deal, subject to a work permit. The 18 year old Chilean moved to Stamford Bridge from his homeland last month but has been loaned out to the Eredivisie side to gain first-team experience.
