Chelsea loan manager Tore Andre Flo insists Tammy Abraham and Ruben Loftus-Cheek are in their long-term plans.
Abraham is impressing with Swansea City, as is Loftus-Cheek at Crystal Palace.
Flo told Dagbladet: "Tammy Abraham is very exciting. The same goes for Loftus-Cheek. There are players we strongly believe in, but there are many others also who are in a very nice development."
The former Blues striker is enjoying his job, though admits he also has coaching plans.
"It is fun. I'm very well here in Chelsea, but I have a dream of being a head coach sometime in the future."
On former Chelsea pair Romelu Lukaku (Manchester United) and Kevin de Bruyne (Manchester City), Flo joked: "The two of whom we do not talk about!"
