Chelsea are chasing Ajax right-back Ricardo van Rhijn. The Daily Express says Van Rhijn has captured the imagine of clubs around Europe after impressing as a replacement for Gregory van der Wiel, who joined PSG at the end of last season.

And reports in Portugal suggest that Jose Mourinho has identified van Rhijn as the man to solve his problems at right-back.
