Chelsea legend Gianfranco Zola is being compared with Barcelona coach Pep Guardiola.
Former West Ham United technical director Gianluca Nani believes Zola has the same coaching ability of Guardiola.
"For me he can become the new Guardiola," Nani told Sky Sport 24 by comparing him to the current Barcelona tactician.
"He has everything needed to take part in the big competitions and win them," Nani, who is now back at Brescia, added.
"He's an extraordinary person and it surprises me that his management career has yet to take off.
"Will Brescia sign him? No. We are very happy with Beppe Iachini. Zola will work in England again."
