Chelsea's John Terry is set to join MLS club LA Galaxy this summer.

The Sun is reporting that the Galaxy are favourites to land the Blues captain when he leaves Stamford Bridge at the end of the current season.

Terry, 36, is expected to end his 22-year association with the West London club in June and could quite possibly finish his playing career in Major League Soccer just as David Beckham, Frank Lampard and Steven Gerrard have done before him.

It is understood that the Galaxy have sounded out Terry who is open to the move once his Blues contract expires.

While the LA side will be halfway through their MLS season in the summer, Terry will be free to join when their transfer window opens in July.
