Chelsea legend Didier Drogba has offered advice to out-of-form Diego Costa.

Montreal Impact striker Drogba, who took time to impress after joining in 2004, has told Costa he needs to mix up his game if he is to return to scoring form.

"I think the best way to turn it around is you adapt," Drogba said. "It is difficult for me to tell him what to do.

"During my time there I had some difficulties, so I always tried to think and find a way for me to change this as I had to make sure my supporters were happy with me and my performances."
