Chelsea legend Didier Drogba admits he could've been a Hammer!

The Montreal Impact striker has revealed that he had the chance to join West Ham before he moved to Chelsea.

When asked about the possible switch in 2002, the Blues legend told Sky Sports: “I was in Guingamp at that time.

"I'd just arrived at the club and they came to my house and spoke, but it didn't happen. I wasn't ready to go."

Drogba left Guingamp in 2003 to join Marseille and then completed his move to Chelsea a year later.
