Chelsea are tracking Juventus striker Alessandro Matri.
Calciomercato.it says Chelsea are preparing an €8 million bid for the Italy international ahead of the January market.
Matri struck eight goals in Juve's Scudetto winning season last term, but has struggled for a regular start this campaign.
