Chelsea are set to offer £25 million for Real Madrid winger Robinho this week.
AS says Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich is preparing the bid for the Brazil international on instructions from new manager Luiz Felipe Scolari.
Scolari will be in London this week and has made Robinho's capture a high priority.
