Chelsea have a deal for Anderlecht sensation Charly Musonda Jr. The Daily Mail says Chelsea have beaten Arsenal and Manchester City to sign one of Europe's most highly-rated teenagers by snapping up 15-year-old Musonda from Anderlecht.

The attacking midfielder reportedly held talks with Arsenal in London last month and has frequently been watched by City scouts after being tipped to make as big an impact on the game as his compatriot Eden Hazard, who joined Chelsea for £32m last week.

But Musonda has decided to follow former Lille midfielder Hazard to Chelsea, who have wrapped up a deal for him and his two brothers, Tika and Lamisha.
