Dillon accused Mourinho's team of lacking in grace and also ridiculed the Chelsea manager for "rabbiting on" in the wake of Petr Cech's horror injury during last season's bad-tempered encounter between the clubs.
Dillon said: "We dealt with the fallout in a dignified way and how Chelsea dealt with it is their lookout. It was disappointing that Mourinho never stopped rabbiting on - he even complained about the ambulance service - but all the facts were in the record.
"He should have been talking about his team, not ours. Chelsea are great winners but when things go wrong they could learn to be a bit more gracious."
