Watford midfielder Nathaniel Chalobah is enjoying playing for Chelsea legend Gianfranco Zola.
Chalobah is on-loan at Vicarage Road from Chelsea.
Chalobah feels Zola has made the difference and told the BBC: "The manager is very inspiring. I have seen clips of him and some of the things he did as a player was just wonderful to watch.
"For me working under Gianfranco Zola is one of the best things that could have happened to me. He was a top, top player and that's what I'm aiming to be.
"That's (playing in front of full stadiums) is what this experience is all about and the most important thing because if I go back to Chelsea, you have to play in front of a big crowd all the time. Getting used to that pressure is what this experience is here for me. I'm really enjoying it."
