Chelsea have kicked off talks with Inter Milan for Matias Vecino.

The London Evening Standard says Chelsea have opened negotiations with Vecino over a move from Inter Milan.

Vecino has been a target for Chelsea, who are also interested in Aaron Ramsey as they look to bolster their midfield options.

But helsea have now opened discussions with Inter over taking Uruguyan midfielder Vecino before the end of the transfer window next week.
