Chelsea are watching Vasco da Gama midfielder Guilherme Costa.

The 16 year-old has just been promoted to Vasco's senior squad as Chelsea and Porto scouts keep tabs on his form.

Costa is contracted to Vasco until 2013 and despite his age is expected to make Brazil's U23 London Olympics squad.

The midfielder will be part of Brazil's U17 World Cup squad later this month.
