Chelsea keeper Courtois open to Atletico Madrid stay
Chelsea goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois is happy to consider a loan extension at Atletico Madrid.
The Belgian shotstopper, signed from Genk in the summer, has been at the La Liga club since the start of the season as a replacement for David De Gea.
"That is a decision that depends on Chelsea, Atletico Madrid and me," he said when asked about the possibility of staying on.
"There is still time to decide because we are in January, but I like Madrid, it is a very good club, and if I can play a second year here it would be fine."
