Thibaut Courtois continues to recover from a knee injury sustained in training in early September.
The Chelsea goalkeeper underwent surgery for the problem last month and is on the road to recovery with a series of different rehab methods he has been undertaking at the club's Cobham training ground.
23-year-old Belgium international Courtois has kept Blues fans updated with a number of social media posts and this week has been no different as he looks to get back to action within the next seven weeks.

Courtois has not played for the reigning Premier League champions since the loss to Crystal Palace at the end of August and is not due back until after the November 21 meeting with Norwich City.
