Chelsea goalkeeper Petr Cech says they out-thought Champions League opponents Barcelona for their semifinal triumph.
Cech then recalled the demands made on him and his defenders by a Barca team ranked the best in the world.
“When you play 180 minutes against Barcelona, you have to defend like we did,” said Cech who made a string of top-class saves in the two legs.
“You need everyone at 100 per cent to beat a team like that.
“At half-time at Barca, the manager just said we have to defend well and wait for our chances. And when that came Fernando Torres took it.”
