Chelsea goalkeeper Petr Cech says he was pleased to finish on the winning team against Pavel Nedved's Juventus on Wednesday night.
He told chelseafc.com: "It feels special because I have never played against Pavel before as an opponent. He is the best player in Czech history. I spoke to him quite a lot before the game and I am happy to have won but it is only the first half."
Cech also revealed what he spoke about with Juventus keeper Gigi Buffon at the end of the 1-0 win: "We were talking about the lights in the stadium, because they are exactly at the height for goalkeepers like us where it is hard to see the ball."
