Chelsea goalkeeper Petr Cech admits their title chances will be over if they fail to beat Tottenham tomorrow.

The keeper said: "We need to get three points every time, because this is the only way we can possibly catch United. We said we wanted to push them until it was impossible to catch them, so to do this, we need to keep winning."
