Chelsea goalkeeper Petr Cech has been named Czech Republic Player of the Year.
The 31-year-old Czech international won Monday's poll of players, coaches, football federation officials and journalists for the sixth consecutive year and record seventh time overall.
Arsenal playmaker Tomas Rosicky finished second behind Cech while Freiburg midfielder Vladimir Darida came in third.
