Chelsea keeper Cech: It would be nice to have managerial stability

Petr Cech admits he's prefer to win trophies under one manager than the constant changes he's experienced at Chelsea.

They have accumulated nine trophies under nine managers in the Roman Abramovich era and are on course for a 10th.

"You always want to win, this is the nature of life," said Cech. "Every boy who plays football starts with the desire to win. Not every club can do it but we are a club where we have the ability and the potential to win things.

"It is better to do it in a quieter way. It is very hard to explain. We keep getting trophies and winning things and we keep changing manager when there are some clubs who keep the same manager but haven't won anything for a long time. But which way is the best, it is hard to tell."
