Chelsea goalkeeper Petr Cech has hailed John Terry after his performance in victory over Barcelona.
Terry put in a stirring display against Barcelona despite playing with two cracked ribs.
And keeper Cech, 29, said: "You can see just how much he wants to be on the pitch all the time.
"There's only two ways to deal with the pain - either you accept it and you sit at home, or you don't accept it and you go through all the pain and play.
"JT has always been like that. I'm not really surprised.
"I played 14 months with injured shoulders. And I think sometimes, how did I manage to do that?
"I did it because I wanted to be part of the team and win titles, I didn't want to rest.
"You will reach a point where you cannot do it anymore. But if your head is ready to accept the pain then you can do it."
