Chelsea keep season ticket prices at 2012 level

Chelsea FC have announced that their season ticket prices will not be going up next season.

The current Premier League leaders have placed a freeze on all their ticket pricing for 2015/16, keeping the cost at the same level as the 2011/12 campaign.

The Blues have also announced that there will be a new discounted price for U20 supporters while keeping a freeze on tickets on all domestic league, cup and European competitions.

"We constantly review our ticket prices, and discuss our pricing structure with our fans," Chairman Bruce Buck said on the club's official website.

"This is the eighth time in 10 seasons there has been no increase in the cost of general admission tickets at Stamford Bridge and now we are going to help more of our younger fans with our new concessionary pricing for our supporters in the under-20 age group.

"We recognise the importance of our younger fan base to the present day and the future of Chelsea."
