Chelsea are eyeing PSG midfielder Adrien Rabiot.

The Daily Express says Mourinho is keen to snap up some talented starlets as he looks to improve the quality of youngsters entering the first-team squad, and Rabiot has emerged as a potential target.

Laurent Blanc is determined to hold on to the playmaker, who scored twice in 25 outings last season, but Chelsea are aware that Rabiot has just one year left on his current deal, and are prepared to wait until he is a free agent in 2015 to seal a move.

PSG, who took David Luiz off Mourinho's hands for a staggering £50million, would rather cash in now than lose him for nothing, and could accept Chelsea's £7million proposal.
