The Daily Mail says CSKA have warned Premier League vultures to show their hands or risk missing out on some of the most coveted players in Europe.
Yuri Zhirkov is in line to join Chelsea in the summer and has been linked to other top English clubs after impressing down the left wing for club and country. Teenage midfielder Alan Dzagoev could be part of the £15million deal to Stamford Bridge.
CSKA president Yevgeny Giner said: "We do not know yet what our line-up for the Champion's League is going to be.
"If some of our players leave in summer, we need to replace them with appropriate newcomers.
"That's why any offers - however generous - which arrive after August 25, we won't even consider them."
