Chelsea have jumped into the battle for Juventus midfielder Miralem Pjanic.
Corriere dello Sport says Chelsea have entered the race with Barcelona to sign Pjanic, with Juventus demanding £70million for their playmaker.
Chelsea view the midfield maestro as competition for Cesc Fabregas.
If, as is widely expected, Maurizio Sarri takes over from Antonio Conte as the new Chelsea boss, he will be familiar with Pjanic's class after observing him up close in Serie A as Napoli manager.
Juventus will demand a significant fee for Pjanic as they want to reinvest funds in Lazio star Sergej Milinkovic-Savic.
