Chelsea have added Inter Milan midfielder Matias Vecino to their shopping list.
Vecino is currently in Russia with Uruguay for the World Cup.
Tuttosport says Inter are not ruling out selling Vecino, despite him playing a part in securing Champions League qualification.
And they are ready to consider serious offers, with the bidding expected to start at around the £26m (€30m) mark.
Chelsea's interest in getting Vecino on-board will be driven by potential new manager Maurizio Sarri, who wanted to buy the Uruguayan at Napoli.
Tottenham are also keen on Vecino as Mauricio Pochettino looks to build on the success he's enjoyed in north London. Everton are another Premier League team interested in the midfielder.
