Chelsea are interested Anderlecht teen Youri Tielemans.
The Telegraph says Blues boss Jose Mourinho made a check on Tielemans this week in action against Zulte Waregem.
Tielemans is rated as the best young prospect currently playing in Belgium and Chelsea are among a host of European clubs who are watching him.
