Chelsea are planning a swap bid for Napoli star Edinson Cavani. The Daily Star says they will attempt to use Napoli's interest in midfielder Raul Meireles to help them capture Cavani.
The Serie A side are believed to have targeted the Portugal international this summer, according to reports in the Italian media.
And Chelsea will hope to include the £9million-rated star in a deal for Napoli striker Cavani.
