Chelsea are offering Cesc Fabregas to Inter Milan.

Gazzetta dello Sport says Chelsea have included Cesc in their bid for Inter midfielder Marcelo Brozovic.

Brozovic is available from Inter, though they insist he will not be sold to a Serie A rival.

Cesc, meanwhile, is not in Blues manager Antonio Conte's plans and he'd be happy to see the midfielder sold this week.

Chelsea's swap proposal was tabled to Inter last week.
