Chelsea are in contact with Sassuolo for Domenico Berardi.

Blues boss Antonio Conte regards the centre-forward highly and is well aware of his qualities after his time on the books of Juventus.

Inter Milan are also interested in Berardi, though Sassuolo have warned he won't leave cheaply.

Conte is in the market for a young centre-forward, with both Michy Batshuayi and Dominic Solanke set to move on.

Berardi certainly fits bill, which has been suggested by Conte to his football director Michael Emenalo over the past week.
