Chelsea are pushing to sign AS Roma goalkeeper Alisson Becker.
Il Tempo says Chelsea are on the verge of beating Liverpool and Real Madrid to Roma keeper Alisson's signature.
The Blues are yet to agree a fee, which is expected to be around £66million, for Alisson - but are closing in on a £100,000-a-week contract at Stamford Bridge.
Brazil star Alisson had been the Reds' No.1 target to take over from blundering Loris Karius, before Jurgen Klopp decided to stick with his German after being priced out of a move.
Chelsea are looking for a new keeper, with Thibaut Courtois going into the final year of his contract and has delayed agreeing a fresh deal.
Alisson is currently on international duty with Brazil - with a quarter-final clash with Belgium on Monday.
