Chelsea hope €17M enough to see off Man Utd, Liverpool for Lucas Ocampos

Chelsea are willing to spend big to land River Plate sensation Lucas Ocampos.

The attacker, who can as a striker and on the wing, is 17 and is starring for River in Argentina's Second Division this season.

Ole says Chelsea are prepared to pay more than €17 million for the talented youngster, giving them the lead on Premier League rivals such as Manchester United and Liverpool.

River rejected a €16 million offer from Inter Milan over the summer for Ocampos.
