Chelsea haven't completely cut their ties with Thorgan Hazard.

The talented midfielder signed permanently with Borussia Monchengladbach this week after a successful loan period.

Hazard's contract runs to 2019, with the option of another 12 months.

However, BILD says Chelsea have included a buy-back option in the deal for a set fee - €25 million.

The Blues will have three years - to 2018 - to trigger the clause before it expires.
