Chelsea hero Ray Wilkins is delighted to see Jose Mourinho back at the Bridge.
Mourinho won back-to-back Premier League titles during his first spell at Stamford Bridge and regaining the championship is clearly the main aim next season.
Former Chelsea assistant boss Wilkins said: "There's no use Chelsea fighting for third or fourth in the table.
"The best trophy they can win is the main domestic trophy. Anything else will be a bonus."
When Mourinho left Chelsea by mutual consent in 2007 his relationship with the club's billionaire owner Roman Abramovich had broken down.
But Wilkins said: "Jose wanted it one way, Mr Abramovich another way.
"I assume there have been numerous occasions when they have been speaking and they will have come to a very happy ending.
"They'll have been in deep discussion as to which way they're going to go."
