Chelsea hero Ruud Gullit feels for Marco van Ginkel at AC Milan.

The Chelsea midfielder is on-loan at Milan, but has largely been ignored by coach Pippo Inzaghi.

Gullit can see Van Ginkel's self belief fast fading.

"He needs confidence. If you do not play, you become insecure," declared the Dutch great.

Van Ginkel is tied to Chelsea until 2018.
