Chelsea hero Michael Duberry says David Luiz needs to make a call on whether he stays or leaves for Barcelona. Barca are chasing the Brazil international's signature this month.
"I think it's down to Luiz on whether or not he should stay at Chelsea," Duberry told the Fulham Chronicle. "As far as Chelsea are concerned, I personally think he can still do a job for them.
"For me, personally, he is yet to find his position, whether that be in defence or in midfield.
"He's a good luxury player to have in the midfield, but I think Jose Mourinho needs to bring some discipline into his game.
"The Premier League is a bit harder than abroad in regards to positioning. Once he finds his position he will be fine."
