Chelsea held by struggling Hull
Hull City took the lead but had to settle for a 1-1 draw against Premiership leaders Chelsea at the KC Stadium.
Hull remain in the relegation places whilst Chelsea stretched their lead over Manchester United to two points.
On the night though it was Hull who earned the plaudits for taking a point from a below par performance from the visitors.
Steven Mouyokolo headed home on the half hour only for Didier Drogba to mark his return from African Cup of Nations duty with the equaliser from a free-kick just before the break.
Chelsea never came to terms with Hull's set plays and the expected late onslaught from the Blues never happened and the Tigers comfortably held on for a vital point.
