Chelsea have a deal in place for Partizan Belgrade star Lazar Markovic. The young attacking midfielder is regarded as Serbia's brightest young talent and has been linked with Inter Milan.

However, Sky Italia says any move to Inter is a non-starter as Markovic has agreed to join Chelsea at the end of the season.

It's suggested Markovic struck terms with Chelsea in January.
