Chelsea grow confident over Hudson-Odoi extension

Chelsea are confident Callum Hudson-Odoi will reject overtures from Bayern Munich to sign a new contract extension.

The 18-year-old is out of contract next year and has been the subject of four bids from Bayern, who have publicly stated their interest in the England U21 international.

However, Goal reports that a recent run of games in the first-team and increased terms in the new contract has reversed Hudson-Odoi's decision to leave Stamford Bridge.

The terms would see the talented winger earn £70,000-a-week.

Bayern have gone all out to sign Hudson-Odoi, even offering him the number 10 jersey that will be vacated by Arjen Robben at the end of the season.
