Didier Drogba will not be returning to Chelsea in the near future, with the Ivorian beginning his preparations for the upcoming Major League Soccer season with Montreal Impact.
Drogba had been linked with a coaching role at Stamford Bridge, but took to Twitter on Sunday to inform his followers he is commencing pre-season training with the Canadian club.

Chelsea interim manager Guus Hiddink recently confirmed that Drogba's return to Stamford Bridge was not on the short-term agenda.
“In the short-term, yes [Drogba will not return]," said Hiddink.
“But in the longer term we talked about players of a big influence or big image for this club, they are welcome. There is no time issue on this. I wish him all the best now for one of his last seasons."
