Dinamo Zagreb forward Andrej Kramaric is being tracked by Chelsea and Fulham.

The Mirror says Kramaric has impressed on loan at cross-city rivals Lokomotiva, scoring 14 goals in 19 league games, and is expected to leave the club this summer.

Dinamo are holding out for a €4million fee for the 21 year-old striker, who is on the brink of his first international call-up.
